El Paso Trip #1

I have a ton of pictures from El Paso, and most of them were from when we went to Carlsbad Caverns. It was such a fun day. It was the first time Aaron has ever gone, and he loved it! You can't really tell from the pictures how big the caves were but some parts of it are so huge!! We had to leave kinda early because the caves are 2 1/2 hours away, and you can't take strollers so I had to carry Ashlynn the whole way. I was surprised that Cambria walked the whole way and never got tired, it takes a little more than 2 hours to walk through it. When we started walking down into the cave it kinda stinks and it is a really big dark cave, so all the kids were getting scared. Cambria said she didn't want to go down there because it smelled, and Aiden and Ayla kept turning around and trying to run the other way.

Snow

Aaron was kinda sad because on his birthday we got about 6 inches of snow.
I got him some seeds because we are going to try to grow vegetables this year if it ever gets warm!
He looks really confused. I got him a pizza stone for the grill.
This is the spatula it came with! The next day Aaron and Cambria played in the snow. They made our house! It was weird because when me Corey and Ashlynn went outside to see it we were sweating because it was so warm outside.
Snow is kinda fun, but we are ready for it to be warm!!!

Easter

The other day we looked outside and our sunshine was gone, and there were really dark clouds coming, and then these started falling from the sky. It looked like styrofoam! It was kinda weird. Then it snowed about 5 inches.
Someone knocked on our door, when I asked Cambria who she thought it was she said it was her friends Mickey and Minnie.
After she got all the eggs she said I actually think it was my grandma and papa. We had a scavenger hunt in Blackfoot and the girls got these cool Easter Baskets from Grandma and Papa. The girls had so much fun yesterday playing with cousins and eating yummy food. We had Aaron's birthday dinner yesterday, pulled pork sandwiches, his favorite!

Easter morning, please excuse her hair and mismatched pajamas...
I dressed the girls cute just to take pictures, they weren't really excited about that. Ashlynn got some new socks from the Easter Bunny.
Happy Birthday Aaron!!!! You are the best husband and dad, and we love you!!! Cambria wanted to decorate for his birthday...

Monster eggs

Cambria was getting her doll Sarah all buckled in her car seat.
This is one of our closets. We cleaned it out the other day and she thinks we made it for her and that it is a movie theater room. She has spent the last 2 days sitting in there watching movies, eating popcorn and candy, drinking soda, and just playing in there. It is so funny. She even wants her lunch delivered to her in there.
If you click on this picture to make it bigger you can see her little tooth!
She did not like the applesauce.
We colored eggs yesterday and it is always as fun as it was when I was little. I found this cute kit to make monsters, they came out great! My monsters...
Corey's monsters...
Aaron's twin monster...
Ashlynn wanted to eat the eggs.
These are Cambria's princess monsters.
Monster Corey.
One of these things is not like the other...

Also my sister Sarah had her baby! She is so lucky because he decided to come early. We can't wait to meet the little guy!! Also yesterday was Brinley's birthday. She turned 1!! Happy birthday Brinley!!! You can see the cutie pie here.

For a while I thought Ashlynn was going to be quieter than Cambria but I was way wrong. She has so much personality already and now that she has found her voice she is pretty loud too.
Cambria drew this princess crown the other day and I thought it was really good.
These are for Aaron's birthday. We didn't get to do much last year for his 30th birthday because we were saving for the house but this year we get to go see one of our favorite bands! It will be fantastic.
This is how I found Ashlynn after her nap. She was really upset that I went to get the camera instead of helping her. She was crying in the other pictures, but I just HAD to get pictures first.

Cambria thinks we are going to have Christmas again because it snowed the other day. I hope it gets warmer soon!

What?

So this is what we woke up to today. I knew it would snow again. We were grilling this weekend and now I don't even want to go outside!Cambria helped me make green banana muffins on St. Patrick's Day. At first she was upset because she doesn't like green things, she wanted it pink again like Valentine's Day.
We also had green blueberry pancakes. My baby doesn't seem like a baby anymore. I can't believe she is going to turn 1 in 3 months.
Cambria has been dressing herself a lot lately. For some reason she likes to wear 2 shirts lately. It is cute, and she also has been putting clips in her hair. She says she looks great!

Spring Is Here!

Yesterday was such a nice day outside! We went to Blackfoot for Jaymee and Zac's birthdays. We ate a ton of good food and Cambria got to drive her Barbie jeep around outside. We hope the sun decides to stay!
Ashlynn is growing so fast.
Jaymee and Grandma made a half pipe cake. It turned out really cute and was super delicious.
Cambria could not stay awake for the ride home. She had way too much fun.
Ashlynn loves to stand up, and she uses everything to pull herself up. She doesn't really try to move her feet though, she just likes to be taller.
I love the faces she makes. She wrinkles her nose when she makes this face and breathes really heavy out her nose. It is so cute. I'm not sure why she does it but Cambria did it too when she was little.
It was nice and sunny outside again today and about 52 degrees so Cambria drove around, and I had to practically run to keep up with her, so I got a good workout. It felt good to be outside and get some exercise! And yes, we had to bring Emily with us...
I am always mad because pictures of me don't come out very good, and I think my face looks funny. Well Cambria loves to take pictures lately and she wanted to take pictures of me while we were on our walk so I just kinds stood there and didn't pay attention really and they actually came out pretty good. It is sad that a three year old has taken the best pictures of me.
We went around the block to the church parking lot and Cambria thought it was cool that we could see our house. The house on the right is ours. The little shed is in the neighbors yard though not ours.
