Fun Seat

We had to take back our rental car that we were using while Aaron's car got fixed, and so I brought in everything that was in that car. I guess Cambria thought her car seat was fun to play with because she sat there almost all day. She would leave the chair only to get another toy and then quickly return so no one would steal her seat.

Brenna gave this to Cambria for her birthday. We were going swimming one night and we thought it looked cute over he swim suit even though it is actually a shirt not a dress... but she just didn't want to pose for pictures.

Cambria was eating cinnamon graham crackers and one was stuck to her shoulder so we thought it was funny and we started taking pictures. After the second or third picture she started making this weird face and just looked straight at the camera. I ended up taking a million pictures because I wanted her to keep making that face. I think she was smiling.

New Things

Today I was sitting on the couch and I could hear Cambria but I couldn't see her, and so I was wondering what was keeping her occupied for so long. She has found a new place where she likes to play. This bookcase has been here since last year and she has never played on it before. It is fun to see her exploring more and finding something new everyday.

Cambria's chair

We are thinking that we should get Cambria a little chair or one of those little kid couches that folds out into a bed, because she likes to sit in her high chair seat to watch sesame street. I know it sounds like she watches a lot of tv here, but it is too hot for us to go play outside. Sometimes we go play at the pool but it is still too hot outside and I don't want her in the sun that long when it is over 103 degrees. It is so hot! Anyways I just thought it was cute because she just likes to sit on her chair.

Well sometimes she stands. She has egg in her mouth in this picture and she was laughing at elmo. She gets so excited when elmo's world comes on.

Veggie Tales

Cambria watched Veggie Tales on the long ride to Idaho and then back to Vegas. She barely even blinked.

Glamour Shots

Grandma and Grandpa Morgan took Cambria to get her picture taken in Idaho Falls. We think they look really cute even though she was cranky and wanted to go to sleep. She is growing up so fast, she looks like a little girl instead of a baby!

We got Cambria a boat for the pool because she tries to wiggle out of our hands. It was making me nervous obviously because I don't want to drop her in the water. In one of the pictures it looks like I just let her float there and stood back to take pictures, but actually the 7 year old girl I babysit is behind her hiding in the water. At first Cambria cried and tried to get out of it but once i pushed it all around the pool and she started splashing, she cried when I decided her feet were wrinkled enough to get out.

Hilary Clinton

We are not really fans of Hilary Clinton, but she spent about 5 hours at the hospital Aaron works at for a Walk A Day In My Shoes program with the nurses. It was kind of exciting that Aaron got to see her in person. He worked for 13 hours yesterday because he was invited to attend the press conference and he was on the news last night in the background. There were a lot of Secret Service guys around so he couldn't really get any closer to her. But you can see her back in the picture with Aaron!

Cousins

Jp Candace and Fiona came over yesterday. We took the babies swimming. This was Fiona's first time in the pool.

Pepto Room

We finally got the computer out of Cambria's room and so we painted one wall pink a few weeks ago. It wasn't until we had the paint on the wall that Aaron realized it was the color of pepto-bismol (that looks weird but it is how you spell it, I looked it up...) Anyways it looks cute. We got a princess canopy to go over her crib but now she plays with it and it is harder to get her to go to sleep.

Trying to Stand

We have been trying to get a picture of Cambria standing but when we get out the camera she pays more attention to it and forgets what she was doing. When she tries to get her balance she looks like a surfer. It is very entertaining to watch. Here are her most recent attempts.

Oops, I haven't been putting titles

This blog this is kind of confusing to me because I am used to myspace. Oh well. Here are our Kwik-E-Mart pictures. There was a 7-11 turned into the Kwik-E-Mart for the Simpsons movie and we went there to get some Buzz Cola! It was really fun.

I painted Cambria's toenails one day. She wouldn't sit still so the polish ended up all over her toes and then I had to use nail polish remover to get it off her toes. It was a mess, but they look so cute, and she gets a lot of comments about them!

Everytime I put this bow on her head, that her Grandma Morgan made, she pulls it off. She won't even let it sit on her head longer than a second. When she pulls it off it ends up around her neck and makes her panic. I put the pictures backwards but I'm still learning how to use this blog thing!

A lady at church gave Cambria this doll, and she loves it. She has learned to point to the doll's eye when I ask her where it is. It rained here for a few days last week and it was really nice because the temperature only got to about 89.
